These studs stack two heart shapes rather than using a single motif, with a smaller solid gold heart sitting above a larger one shaped entirely by its heart-cut zirconia. The upper heart holds a small round zirconia bezel-set into the gold, while the lower heart is formed by the stone itself, so the shape and the sparkle are the same rather than a heart-shaped setting holding a separate cut. The two hearts meet edge to edge, giving each stud a clear vertical structure.
