These take the classic pearl stud and give it a bit more architecture. Instead of a plain prong or bezel setting, each pearl sits cradled inside a sculpted gold knot interlocking bands of polished 18ct gold that loop and cross around the pearl like it's been gently tied in place. The result is a stud with real depth and movement to it, even though it sits flat and close to the ear.
The gold does most of the talking here, with the pearl adding a soft, luminous centre rather than being the whole story. It's a slightly more sculptural take on a pearl stud, something that still reads as classic and wearable, but with a bit more design to notice up close.
