Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 3 - 5 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. International orders will take longer depending on destination and country.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." We ship worldwide, with a standard Shipping charge of £9.95 for any destination outside the U.K. and can provide additional shipping or other courier services on request if required by the client or customer. We are not liable for any International customs duties, Taxes or charges outside the U.K
